1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Legacy Lawn Care website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.
2. Services
Legacy Lawn Care provides professional lawn care and outdoor services in the Kansas City, MO area, including but not limited to lawn mowing, fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, sod installation, landscaping, and Christmas light installation.
All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and seasonal scheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions without penalty.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided through our website or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, scope of work, and any additional services requested. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. For recurring services, invoices are sent at the agreed-upon billing cycle. Late payments may be subject to a service fee.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel recurring services at any time with written notice. We request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation of individual scheduled visits. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Property Access & Safety
By scheduling services, you grant Legacy Lawn Care permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for informing us of any hazards, underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other conditions that may affect service delivery.
Please ensure pets are secured and personal items are removed from service areas prior to our arrival.
7. Liability
Legacy Lawn Care carries general liability insurance. We take great care to protect your property during service. If damage occurs as a direct result of our work, please notify us within 48 hours so we can inspect and resolve the issue promptly.
We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by weather events, or issues arising from conditions not disclosed to us prior to service.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not satisfied with any service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
9. Website Use
